Welcome to Kase! Our platform is designed to make the fulfillment process as simple and easy as possible. Whether you’re transferring inventory from a previous fulfillment partner or fulfilling your e-commerce orders for the first time, Kase is here to help.
Here’s an easy to follow guide to getting started:
1) Create a Kase account
If you’re visiting us for the first time, head to Kase.com and click the ‘contact’ button. Enter the required information and a member of our team will get back to you shortly. If you’ve already signed up with us, you should have received an email with login credentials. Use the ‘log in’ button to enter the app.

2) Connecting your online store
Before we can start shipping your orders, we must first connect to your store.
For Shopify stores, simply follow the instructions on the Shopify Settings tab, seen below. Once the integration is completed, your product roster will automatically be replicated in the Kase app, including photos

For other shopping cart platforms, please reach out to Kase-Fulfillment@Kase.com for help with integration.
3) Let us know what you’ll be sending (ASNs)
ASNs, or Advanced Ship Notices, are documents that let our warehouses know how much and what kind of inventory you’ll be sending. We use these documents to receive your items into stock.
To create an ASN, please review this article.
Kase does not charge for the receiving process as long as the incoming shipment is compliant. Instructions to preparing your products to be compliant can be found in this article.
4) Sending us your inventory
When creating an ASN, you’ll be prompted to select which Kase facility you’ll be sending the product to.
Kase customers with active credit card details can create a shipping label for their incoming shipments directly in the app.
Incoming shipments must arrive at Kase locations with all duties paid and cleared. For large deliveries, especially containers, a delivery appointment is required.
Our typical receiving window is 1-3 days if compliant. Non-compliant ASNs can still fall within the same timeframe, but it may. vary due to how much work is needed to make the ASN compliant.
