Shipping addresses can be edited directly within the Kase app as long as the shipping label has not yet been processed. Once a label has been created, the address is locked and cannot be changed within the app.
Please review the guidelines and steps below to ensure updates are made successfully.
Important Notes Before Editing an Address
✅Address edits are only allowed before the shipping label is processed
❌ Once a label has been processed, the address cannot be edited
🚚 If a label has already been created:
- You must contact our Customer Service team to request a Return to Shipped (RTS) with the carrier
- A new order will need to be placed with the correct address
How to Edit the Shipping Address (Before Label Creation)
- Log into the Kase app
- Select Orders from the left-hand menu and select All
3. Use the search bar at the top to enter the Order Number
4. Select the order to open the order details page
5. Locate the Delivery Address section
6. Click the pencil icon in the upper-right corner of the delivery address box
7. Update the shipping address as needed
8. Select Save to apply your changes
Once saved, the updated address will be used when the shipping label is generated.
What to Do If the Label Has Already Been Processed
If the shipping label has already been created:
- Address edits are no longer possible in the app
- Please reach out to your Customer Service Representative or submit a support ticket
- Ur team can assist with:
- Submitting an RTS request to the carrier (not guaranteed)
- Guiding you through placing a new order with the correct shipping address
