Kase CPG Default Pack Out SOP
- Purpose
The purpose of this SOP is to outline the process for packaging out Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) orders to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Scope
This SOP applies to all warehouse staff responsible for packing and shipping DTC orders.
- Responsibilities
Warehouse Associaites: Responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to this SOP.
Warehouse Supervisor: Ensures that all pack-out processes are followed and that quality checks are performed.
Quality Control (QC) Team: Conducts random checks to ensure orders are packed correctly.

- Shipping label placement: Always top right corner of the top of the box or middle of mailer (On the side it is sealed)
- Breakdown provided below lists the different packaging supplies our team will use. Size of package used will be based on a case-by-case order size
- Team will always use additional kraft paper inside boxes for additional protection while product is in transit with the carrier

- Inspect for damages/leaks prior
- Use the Uline Box if we are out of the 15.5x5.5x5.5 boxes from the box vendor
- Wrap bottle in bubble wrap prior to placing inside the box
- Place "Handle with Care" sticker on the outside of the box on the same side as the shipping label
- Seal with clear tape
