Kase is able to update orders in our dash when you make changes in Shopify. You can add and remove items, cancel orders, etc. – we will make the necessary adjustments on our end automatically to unbatched orders.
With that said, once the order has been batched by Kase, you can still make changes, however, because the order has been batched (digitally moved to processing for our warehouse teams), a $5 restocking fee will be applied. In order to edit products or cancel a batched order, you will first need to pause the order in Kase. Once you have made the updates to the order you will need to un-pause the order and it will go back into processing.
Note: It’s always best to check the status of the order in Kase before editing or canceling an order. If the order has already been marked as ‘picked’ changes will no longer be allowed.
