Rush Orders (B2B)

We know it’s important that your products get to shows, retailers, festivals, and other B2B events quickly. That’s why we’ve created a B2B feature directly within the ordering page that allows you to rush a B2B order.

1. To create a new B2B order, select the “Create Order” tab on the left hand rail of the dash

   

2. Fill out the appropriate fields, then check the ‘Mark as B2B/Wholesale Order’ checkbox

   

3. This will drop down a calendar for you to select a desired ship date. If you select the next day (and it’s still pre noon local time at the warehouse where this order will be fulfilled), then there will be a $75 rush order charge. If you select two days out, a $35 rush order charge will be applied

   

Note: We do not guarantee rush orders will be fulfilled on time due to time and labor constraints. Rush charges will only be applied if we are able to fulfill the order as requested.

4. Select ‘next’ and you’re done.
