Kase will do its best to comply with rush order requests. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee all rush orders will be fulfilled on the requested timeline.
Direct to Consumer
A D2C rush order refers to any order that matures (i.e., order is dropped and any maturation period has expired) after 12 local facility time to be fulfilled the same day. A D2C rush order will incur a $6 surcharge.
Business to Business
A B2B rush order refers to any B2B order Merchant requests to be fulfilled within two business days of the order maturing. Due to our need to service all our Merchants, Kase will generally not be able to fulfill B2B orders in less than two business days. A B2B rush order will incur a $75 surcharge. Order that mature after 12 local facility time will be deemed matured the following business day.
If a Merchant uses a “HOT” label for an order in the Kase app, that will indicate a rush order is desired and trigger the above fees if Kase is able to satisfy such rush order request.
