🚚 How to Mass Request Fulfillment on Multiple Orders in Shopify

Need to request fulfillment for many orders at once? Shopify’s bulk fulfillment feature lets you do just that—saving you time and keeping your orders moving.

✅ Steps to Mass Request Fulfillment:

1. Log into your Shopify admin and navigate to the Orders page.
2. Select the orders you want to fulfill by checking the boxes next to each one.
3. Click the More actions (•••) button.
4. Choose Request fulfillment from the dropdown menu.
5. If you use multiple fulfillment services, choose the appropriate one for each order.
6. (Optional): Select Send a notification to the customer if you’d like to trigger the shipment email.
7. Click Request fulfillment to send the requests to your fulfillment provider.

⚠️ Note: Each order can only be associated with one fulfillment service. The bulk action won’t allow you to change the fulfillment service used.

Once submitted, your orders will be updated to an In Progress status and your fulfillment provider will begin processing them.
