Rush Order & Staging Policies

📢 Important Update: New Rush Order & Staging Policies Effective September 1, 2025

Dear Kase Customers,

As your business continues to grow, we remain committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring operational fairness across our network. To better support increasing order volumes and maintain efficiency during peak times, we’re introducing two important policy updates effective September 1, 2025:

🚨 Rush Order Fees

To help us allocate labor and prioritize requests effectively, rush fees will apply to urgent fulfillment requests as follows:

Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Rush Orders – $6 per order

• Applies to D2C orders that mature (i.e., are dropped and past any required maturation window) after 12 PM local facility time and are requested for same-day fulfillment.

Business-to-Business (B2B) Rush Orders – $75 per order

• Applies to B2B orders requested for fulfillment within two business days of the order maturing.
• Note: Orders that mature after 12 PM will be treated as maturing the following business day.

🔖 Pro Tip: Using the “HOT” label in the Kase app will flag an order as a rush. If we're able to fulfill the request, the above rush fees will apply.

📌 Important: Rush fees will only be charged if Kase fulfills the request within the expedited timeline.

🧱 Staging Product Fees

To maintain smooth warehouse operations and timely pickups, the following staging policy will apply:

• 3 Free Days of staging: This includes the scheduled pickup day plus two additional days.
• Beginning Day 4, a $50 per pallet footprint per day fee will be charged for products that remain staged and uncollected.
