How to File a Small Claim with Shipping Tree
We understand that issues can sometimes arise during transit, and we're here to help you through the claims process. If your shipment has been lost or damaged, please follow the steps below to file a small claims.
Step 1: Request the Claim Submission Form
To begin your claim, reach out to your assigned Customer Service Representative (Kase-Fulfillment@Kase.com). They will provide you with a Claim Submission Form — this document is required and must be completed in full before we can move forward.

Step 2: Prepare the Required Documentation
Once you have the form, gather the following materials to support your claims:
- ✅ The completed Claim Submission Form
- ✅ Images of the damaged package, including:
- The outer packaging (if damaged)
- The product inside the packaging (if damaged)
- ✅A copy of the invoice in PDF format
- ✅Proof of customer communication, such as:
- A Screenshot or PDF showing the customer's name, email, and shipping address
- Details referencing the product(s) in question
This documentation helps us validate the claim and process it efficiently.
Step 3: Email Your Submission
Send an email to Kase-Fulfillment@Kase.com using the subject line:
Claim Submission
Make sure your email includes all required documents listed above.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your claim, our Support team will review your submission and follow up with any additional questions or next steps. if anything is missing, we'll let you know right away.
