This article walks you through how to export order data from the Kase app, including available report types, filtering options and where to retrieve your completed report.

Step 1: Log into the Kase App
Log into the Kase app using your existing credentials:

Step 2: Navigate to the Order List
- From the left-hand navigation menu, select Order List.
- Click All to view your full list of orders.
This page displays all orders available to your account and is where filters and exports are applied.

Step 3: (Optional) Apply Filters
Before exporting, you may apply filters to limit the data included in the report. Available filters include:
- Order Type
- SKU
- Order Status
- Date Range
Important: If no filters are applied, the export will include ALL order data available in your account.
Once filters are applied, only the filtered results will be included in the exported report.

Step 4: Export the Order Report
- Select Export as CSV from the Orders page.
- From the dropdown menu, choose one of the following export types:
- Order Detail Export – Includes detailed order-level information
- Shipment Detail Export – Includes shipment-specific details
- Lot Number Export – Includes lot-controlled inventory details (if applicable)
3. Click Export to submit the report request.
Step 5: Retrieve Your Report
Once the report begins processing:
- The completed report will be emailed to you, or
- You can download it directly from the app by:
- Selecting Reports from the left-hand navigation Menu
- Locating the completed report
- Clicking Download
Report generation time may vary depending on data volume and filters applied.

Helpful Tips
- Large date ranges or unfiltered exports may take longer to process.
- Applying filters can help reduce file size and improve report readability.
- Ensure pop-ups and downloads are enabled in your browser when retrieving reports.
