The Carrier Exceptions Report allows you to download a CSV file showing shipment exceptions by carrier, including tracking numbers and exception types. This report is useful for identifying elivery issues, carrier delays, and exception trends across your shipments.
Where to Find the Carrier Exceptions Report
- Log in to the Kase app
- Navigate to the Dashboard
- Scroll down to the section titles “Exceptions By Carrier”
- Review the exception counts by carrier (Amazon Shipping, FedEx, UPS, USPS, OnTrac, etc.)
Downloading the Report
- In the Exceptions By Carrier section, click Download
- A CSV file will automatically download to your device
- Open the file using Excel, Google sheets, or your preferred spreadsheet tool
No additional filters or selections are required — the report will include all available carrier exception data at the time of download.
What’s Included in the CSV Report
The carrier Exceptions CSV includes the following columns:

| carrier_name | Carrier associated with the shipment (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) |
| company_name | Your company name int he Kase system |
| order_id | Internal order ID tied to the shipment |
| tracking_number | Carrier tracking number |
| exception_type | The reported carrier exception (e.g., delivery delay, failed delivery, address issue) |
How Clients Commonly Use This Report
- Monitor carrier performance and recurring exception types
- Identify delayed or failed deliveries by carrier

Help Tips
- Exception counts update automatically on the Dashboard
- The report reflects current exception data at the time of download
- If all values appear as zero, there are no active carrier exceptions during that period
