📍 Visitor Request Guidelines for Warehouse Tours

Thank you for your interest in visiting our warehouse facility. We're excited to welcome you and ensure your is productive, informative, and safe. Please review the following guidelines and requirements before submitting a request to visit.

📝 How to Request a Visit

To request a visit, please request our Visitor Request Form, from your assigned CS Rep or by reaching out to [e-mail]. All requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the desired visit date.
 

📅 Available Visit Days

• Visits are scheduled Tuesday through Thursday only
• No visits on Mondays or Fridays
• All visit times must be confirmed in advance

👤 Visitor Information Required

To verify and approve your visit, we require the following:

• Full Name
• Company Name
• Position
• LinkedIn Profile (used for verification)
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Purpose of Visit /Agenda
• Preferred Date and Time of Visit

All visitors will be verified through LinkedIn. Please ensure your profile is active and reflects your current role.

🛑 Rules & Safety Protocols

Dress Code

• Closed-toe shoes are required
• Safety gear provided by Kase must be worn at all times while in the warehouse

Photography

• No photos or videos are permitted inside the warehouse
• If you need product photos:
  • Submit a WillCall order at least 48 hours in advance
  • Our team will stage your products in the office for photography

Material Pickups

• Submit any pickup requests 48 hours prior to your visit
• Pickups must be scheduled and approve before your arrival

On-Site Conduct

• Visitors must remain in designated areas
• You must be accompanied by a Kast representative at all times
• A valid Government-issued ID is required upon arrival
• Violations of any policy may result in immediate removal from the facility

COVID-19 Protocols

• Visitors must follow all current COVID-19 safety protocols, including mask-wearing and social distancing, if applicable

✅ Visit Approval

Submission of the Visitor Request Form does not guarantee approval. You will receive a confirmation or denial of your request within 24 hours of submission.
