The Billing page in the Kase app provides full visibility into your account balance, transactions, statements, and payment methods. From this page, you can review live charges, download monthly statements, manage payment methods, and configure recharge settings.
To access this page, log in to the Kase app and navigate to:
Dashboard → Billing
Billing Page Overview
The Billing page is divided into the following sections:
- Statements
- Payments
- Add Credit Card
- Add ACH
- Payment Methods
- Transactions
- Recharge Settings
Each section is outlined below.
Statements
The Statements tab allows you to view and download your monthly billing statements.
How to download a statement:
- Click Statements from the left-hand menu.
- A list of available months will appear.
- Select the PDF icon next to the desired month to download your statement.
Statements reflect finalized charges for the selected billing period.
Payments
The Payments tab displays a historical record of all payments made on your account
This includes:
- Payment date
- Payment method (Credit Card, ACH, Wire, etc.)
- Payment amount
- Receipt status (if applicable)
To view payment history:
- Click Payments from the left-hand menu.
- Review all recorded payments listed by date.
Add Credit Card
The Add Credit Card option allows you to securely add a credit card to your account.
Important Notes:
- A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.
- Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
To add a credit card:
- Click Add Credit Card.
- Enter the required card and billing address details.
- Click Add Card to save.
Once added, the card can be selected as the Primary or Backup payment method.
Add ACH
If you prefer not to use a credit card, you can add an ACH payment method.
ACH benefits:
- No processing fees
- Ideal for high-volume billing
To add ACH:
- Click add ACH
- Enter your bank Account Number, Routing Number, and Account Type.
- Click Add ACH to save.
Disclaimer: Please ensure your business address in your profile settings match the business address belonging to your account. State on the address must always be abbreviated to go through.
Payment Methods
The Payment Methods tab shows all saved payment methods on your account.
From this page, you can:
- View all saved credit cards and ACH accounts
- Set a Primary Method
- Set a Backup Method
The Primary Method is used first for billing.
If a payment fails, the system will automatically attempt the Backup Method.
Transactions
The Transactions section shows live, real-time charges as activity occurs in the warehouse.
This may include:
- Order fulfillment charges
- Shipping label charges
- Inbound receiving charges
- Adjustments or credits
You can:
- Filter by Order, ASN, Transaction Type, or Date.
- Use the Seach or Filter options to narrow results
If no filters are applied, all transaction data will be displayed.
Recharge Settings
The Recharge Settings section controls how your account balance is automatically replenished.
You can configure:
- Recharge Threshold – the balance level that triggers a recharge.
- Recharge Amount – how much is added when the threshold is reached.
- Primary and Backup payment methods
Recharge Limits:
- Up to $5,000 per recharge via credit card
- Up to $25,000 per recharge via ACH
